Increase fiber intake: Anjali suggested that body fiber intake should be increased. It is recommended to include integral grains, integral pulses, nuts, seeds, fruits and vegetables in the diet to control diabetes.

Carbohydrate intake: carbohydrate consumption to stay fixed every day. Carbohydrate intake must be spaced throughout the day and to be observed that the amount should not exceed.
Frequent meals: instead of having 3 heavy meals throughout the day, Anjali suggested that 4-5 mini meals can be consumed in the day to control diabetes.

Refined foods: Anjali suggested that refined foods should be avoided such as white rice, maida, dessert, soft drinks, chocolate, sugar and fat -rich foods.

Low sugar fruits: To control the blood sugar level, low sugar fruits such as jam, strawberries, pomenato, guava and shoe berries should be consumed frequently.

Sprouts: The outbreaks are loaded with nutrition. Anjali suggested that outbreaks should be consumed every day.

Monounsaturated fat: although Anjali recommended a low consumption of saturated fat items such as coconut oil and ghee of cow, she asked to avoid trans fats completely. The nutritionist also suggested that monounsaturated fat, such as olive oil, mustard oil, til oil, rice bran oil, olive oil or canola oil can be included in the diet.

Antioxidants: minerals such as zinc, chromium, selenuim and magnesium help control imbalances in blood sugar levels. On the other hand, it is suggested that antioxidants such as vitamin A, C and E are included in the diet.

Herbs: herbs and syrup made of fruits also help control blood sugar levels.

Exercise: Taking into account the changes in the diet, it is also important to have a physical conditioning routine to adhere for at least 30-40 minutes a day.
